PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As an IT Delivery Lead, you will serve as the primary technical liaison and leader for our IT projects. The role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Through your expertise in IT project management and deep understanding of technical requirements, you will drive the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions that align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders. You will be the main point of contact for the clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance. In this role you will also be involved in business development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7 years of related and progressive experience combining IT delivery or support, solutions implementation,
  • product ownership, operations management, team leadership
  • 5 years of experience in IT as a product owner or project leader, preferably in a consulting or service delivery

  • 1 year of experience as an Agile team manager, scrum master, or product owner

  • 10 years of related and progressive experience combining IT delivery or support, solutions implementation,
  • project management, operations management, team leadership
  • 10 years of experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks in a windows environment
  • 4 years of experience with thin client software and systems
  • 5 years deploying software to desktops/service using automated software and deployment tools
  • 5 years of systems integration experience in a large complex organization
  • 3 years of experience as an Agile team manager, scrum master, or product owner

PREFERRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects and services for clients, ensuring that they desired functionality and value to

  • Partner with the technical delivery teams to drive the end-to-end project execution and assist in resolving blockers
  • Coordinate and communicate with the clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates, feedback, and

  • Ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the strategy and desired outcomes
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to the project team members, and foster a collaborative and positive work

  • Contribute to the business development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation activities
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends, best practices, and technologies, and apply them to the project delivery
  • Participate and/or lead large or complex technical projects

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects and services on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban,
  • Waterfall, etc.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the project
  • team and stakeholders.
  • Advanced PC proficiency
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheet, database, flow charting, and word processing software
