IT / Digital Project Management Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT/Digital team in Bloomin' Brands is seeking an intern who is currently pursuing a career in IT Project Management or PMO Analyst. This opportunity will allow a student to apply their education to practical business operations as they assist with overall project/portfolio tasks. This role will be worked 100% from our Tampa Restaurant Support Center. Our internship program will take place in the summer of 2023.

PRIMARY PROJECTS / TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Participate in planning, reporting and analysis activities

* Participate in maintaining the project portfolio management tool and other tools, including maintenance of work statuses and resource allocations

* Participate in reviewing and managing weekly updates across the Technology portfolio

* Participate in documentation of IT processes

* Present a summary of the internship experience to members of the leadership team

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Strong Excel skills

* Must be able to create good PowerPoint presentations

* Self-starter with the ability to take initiative on projects and is comfortable working independently or as a member of a cross functional team

* Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and timelines

* Proficient in overall Microsoft Office Suite
