Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator with strong personal attributes to join the P.B. Bell team In our Scottsdale Corporate Office. We offer competitive pay, bonuses and benefits, a professional working environment and great growth potential.

Responsible for managing the business implementation of upgrades and new software deployments, change management, user acceptance, supporting web, network administration and software. These duties include managing inventory control, ordering and tracking computer equipment, data extraction and manipulation, on and offboarding of projects and users, and development and deployment of training materials and documentation.

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, information systems or equivalent work experience in a closely related field.
  • Experience in project management and its applications; Background in technology, information management, relational database design and development, business intelligence, data mining or statistics; Solid spreadsheet and database experience required.
  • Experience with Yardi and property management desirable. SQL, VBA or other scripting and programming experience will be helpful.
  • Outstanding written and visual communication skills; use logic and analysis to solve problems; classify, compute and tabulate data and information following a prescribed plan; meticulous attention to detail; exercise judgment, decisiveness and creativity in situations involving a variety of duties subject to frequent change; prioritize competing requests for service.
