What Youll Do
As an IT Project Manager on our Project Team, your primary responsibilities will be coordinating, tracking, scheduling and managing the diverse components of IT projects to execute these projects effectively, efficiently, on time and on budget.

Projects you will be managing include, but are not limited to: Windows Server Migrations, WAP, Firewall, and Switch Deployments, Office365 Deployments/Migrations, Azure Deployments/Migrations (virtual server, Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop), SharePoint Migrations, PC and Mac Desktop Deployments, New and current Client Re/onboardings, and Application Deployments

During a Typical Day, Youll

Review Project Scope

Be involved in Client Internal Hand-off meeting.

Determine, Create, and execute Project plan.

o This includes:

o Timelines for scheduling of project

o Resource assignment and scheduling

o Interdepartmental coordination

SOC

NOC

Finance

Procurement

Account Management

Sales

Service

o Communication

o Deploying Agents and tools

o Coordinating resources to gather and document Data required for successful support.

Examples:

Environmental Discovery

Verification of all client assets

Verification of client contact lists and locations

Hardware

New User Guides

Termination Guides

Primary business applications

Vendors / ISP information (account numbers, licenses, warranty, and service contracts etc.)

Determine what licenses need to be transferred over to Sourcepass owned portals.

o Perform Knowledge transfer of client environment to Service team to support once completed.

o Perform Project Recap to determine challenges risks, pain points etc

What You Bring to the Role

3 years working in an MSP

1-3 years of Project Managing in an MSP preferred

Familiarity with the Microsoft cloud stack (Azure, 365, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Ability to interpret, process, and deliver on SOW's

Experience with the ConnectWise project management is a plus

Takes ownership of projects to completion

Lead/mentor other project team members during projects

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
