General Description of Duties: The primary duties for this position are to support Windows based servers, both Physical and virtual (Hyper-V), and/or Cisco switches and routers, and/or Active Directory (add/change/delete users, groups, etc.). You should have two or more years of experience in at least one of the aforementioned categories, or a combination of experiences that include at least two of those categories.

Opportunities include: You may gain substantial experience with backup and recovery (Veeam and Arcserve), email archiving (contentACCESS), spam filtering (ProofPoint), Anti-Virus (Bitdefender), Mitel VoIP phone system, Duo Security MFA by Cisco, Disaster Recovery techniques, Business Continuity planning/testing, Microsoft 365 for Exchange, and more.

Exposure to high speed fiber WAN, utilizing voice, data and guest VLANs, automatic failover techniques, and other configurations to add fault-tolerance to the enterprise.

Education and Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in either Windows Server administration, Cisco switches and routers or Active Directory. Minimum of five (5) years of IT related experience. Associates Degree from technical or community college preferred.

Other Requirements: Must pass background/fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Must possess a valid NM drivers license, and proof of auto liability insurance. Must have own reliable transportation and agency insurable driving record. Must be able to lift and carry 30lbs. Must be able to sit, stand or otherwise perform typing/keyboarding tasks as required to perform the essential duties of the position. Adelante is a drug free workplace. Pay: From $28.85 - DOE
