As a IT Technician, Corporate working for Taylor Morrison, you will be responsible to provide hands on technical support to the Corporate office, Division office and Design Center.Job Details

Ordering equipment
Maintaining equipment inventory
Active Directory
O365 Admin/Exchange Console
Azure Active Directory/Admin Center/Endpoint Manger
Azure MFA
Teams Application/Teams VOIP Phones
Network password resets
RDP session resets
RDP Support/Troubleshooting log in issues
iPhone and iPad support
Printer installations
Network Copier/Scanner support/Setup on network
MS Office & various software issues
Troubleshoot basic hardware issues
Application/Software troubleshooting
Assist with conversions and upgrades as needed
Vendor relations
Perform other duties as assigned
About you:
MCP, CCNA Certifications and/or 2+ years hands on experience in network, hardware, software administration and telecommunications with remote support experience
Professional experience with Windows 10, Outlook 2013/2016, O365
Professional experience with Exchange O365 environments/Azure
Professional experience with wireless communications and VPN technologies
Proficiency in Dell computers and various other models of PCs/Tablets
Proficiency in Windows 2012/2016 Server
Knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations and operations
Knowledge of Cisco network equipment to include Routers, Firewall and Switches
Clear understanding of protocols and the ability to configure and troubleshoot them
(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, VPN, Network Monitor etc.)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:
This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

Report to Corporate office daily adhering to schedule
Support 3 floors - Corporate office, Phoenix Division, and the Design center
Work off requests submitted to our ticketing system, prioritizing tasks and managing time
Ability to image spare PC's and keeping detailed asset management
Responsible for ordering equipment as needed
Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher-level C Level manager
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands:
Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
