Janitorial Maintenance

SUMMARY

Under the immediate supervision of the Convenience/Gas Station Manager or designee, employee is responsible for maintaining the establishment in a clean and orderly condition.

Education requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE · High School Diploma or GED · Must have reliable transportation.

Experience requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: · Ability to work well with others, including diverse personalities. · Practice good organizational and time management skills. · Flexible in work hours to cover evenings, weekends, holidays and events. · Fluent in English language. Cocopah & Spanish language a plus but not required. · Ability to work with minimum supervision. · Ability to work inside/outside in varied temperatures · Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform any combination of tasks to maintain establishment in a clean and orderly condition. · Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as operating power washer, mopping floors, cleaning lavatories, washing walls and glass and removing rubbish. · Perform routine maintenance activities; notify management of needed repairs and additions, and cleaning sidewalks. · Must understand and comply with departmental internal control regulations. · Must be able to work any shift. · Other job duties may be assigned.
