Laboratory Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Support Services, the Laboratory Manager assists in providing overall direction of the Laboratory. In the absence of the Director of Support Services, assumes responsibility for the department with consultation with Chief Operating Officer, as needed.

1. Bachelors Degree and completion of approved training program for Medical Technologist with MT (ASCP) certification.

1. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Medical Technologist with supervisory experience preferred.

1. Certification per unit specific competency (i.e. BLS, CPI, etc.).
