Laborer

The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing manual laboring tasks at the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Building and Grounds Department. The idividual assists the Property Manager with day to day duties, including but not limited to performing routine and preventive maintenance and repairs work throughout the Seminole Tribe of Florida Big Cypress buildings, facilities, grounds, and equipment, ensuring the clean and safe operations. High School Diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. A minimum of six (6) months experience in a laborer position or related type work is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrated ability to driving and backing up various forms of Utility trailers is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
