Major/Essential Functions
- Process transactions by established deadlines after thorough review and interpretation of the substance of each transaction.
- Assist in assigned financial reporting functions of Accounting Services.
- Assist in the maintenance of the HSCEP fund structure and finance system to support accurate accounting
- records and the preparation of accurate financial reports.
- Produce and maintain complete, well-organized documentation of transactions, processes, reports, financial research and all applicable work papers for assigned functions.
- Works with department leaders and staff in resolving and researching accounting issues related to
- their department needs.
- Reconcile financial activity and resulting balances to ensure accuracy of HSCEP accounting records.
- Other duties as assigned.
