The Lead Director of Business Growth and Medical Affairs sets the strategy for how RFP sections on Population Health are written for success. Additionally, they will represent Medical Affairs as the content SME for Population Health in RFP design, writing, and optimization. They would have a clear understanding of the population health programs and how they effectively respond to State priorities. Analyzing and planning for places where the population program has opportunities, this leader would collaborate across clinical programs to ensure consistency in programs and their description in RFP responses. This role plays a crucial role in preparation and execution for RFP in new states as well as current business. Strong writing skills a necessity. Collaborative work in a highly matrixed and fast paced environment.

Will be working Easter/Central hours.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 100,000
Maximum: 221,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
*5+ years of experience with a managed care organization
*20% travel as needed.
