Major/Essential Functions
- Provides academic advising to potential nursing students on the application and admission process for both the undergraduate and graduate programs. Maintains prospective student records in Customer Relations Management (CRM Recruit)
- Assist all prospective students regarding application issues with admission systems (NCAS and CRM Recruit). Generates reporting that may be required by Office of Student Affairs regarding admission populations
- Provides support to the Office of Student Affairs with admission webinars and on-boarding of new admitted students for all programs
- Assist with prospective student inquiries via email, phone, or chat services as needed
- Assist and participate to execute other Hunt School of Nursing institutional events and performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

- Work independently and set priorities. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, primarily with prospective and current students, faculty, staff at the Hunt School of Nursing, and individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of institutional academic policies
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Ability to use independent judgement and to manage and impart confidential information
- Ability to analyze course prerequisites, certifications, and/or curriculum/graduation requirements

Required Qualifications
- High school plus six years experience in related field
- Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis
- High School plus six (6) years of experience in a related field and three (3) years related experience, preferably in higher education setting.
