Lead Teacher (Principal - Charter School)

PPEP Tec High School - Alice Paul Learning Center is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teacher in the Tucson AZ Area. Come be a leader of the team in one of Arizona's largest charter school systems. The primary duties include teacher coaching and development, ensuring fidelity to the school vision, promoting effective and rigorous pedagogy and collaborating with charter administration on matters related to compliance, accountability and efficient operation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years experience at the high school level
• 2 years experience leading a team of teachers
• Current Arizona K-12 Teaching Certificate.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid IVP DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably mathematics or physical sciences.
• Four (4) years prior work experience in teaching at-risk children
