SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Our Client is looking for a Licensed Director (LCSW, LCADC) or (LPC, LCADC) to oversee the OP/IOP/PC mental health and addiction services at their Philadelphia location.
*This position will include clinical and administrative responsibilities, including and not limited to clinical supervision, performance improvement, monitoring and growing census, interfacing with community organizations and referral sources, and interfacing with Office Manager, Utilization Review, Director of Admissions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* LCSW or LPC required
* Minimum of one year of supervised clinical experience
* Valid permanent license in Pennsylvania
* Ability to use an Electronic Health Record
* Ability to resolve conflict and to handle multiple priorities
* Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks.
