Our Client is seeking a Clinical Practice Clinician in Waterbury, CT.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The primary role is to provide supervision for evidence-based behavioral health treatment and to support best practices.
* Assist Clinical Program Manager with leadership to clinical staff
* Facilitate treatment in group settings
* Provide quality supervision of clinical and substance abuse services
* Participate as a direct clinical services provider
* Ensure that clinical staff meets productivity requirements
* Participate as the agency representative on statewide, regional, and local community activities as requested; provides consultation and education as needed
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Master's Degree
* LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LPC license
* Minimum of two (2) years experience in the behavioral health field
* Experience treating substance abuse preferred
* Experience facilitating treatment groups
* Experience treating young adult populations
* Background check: prior to starting
