SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Conduct intake evaluations
* Distribute medication as instructed
* Evaluate condition of ill clients/inmates
* Conduct monthly evaluations
* Complete mandated documentation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Current LPN license
* Ability to satisfactorily complete given background checks
* Valid Driver's License
