Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively hiring full-time LPN Team Members to work full-time for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills!

Duties Include:

• Collect information from the residents to be admitted; medical records, insurance details
• Record health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature
• Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Help residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene
• Monitor resident food and liquid intake / output

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In good standing with State Registry
• Fast learner
