Our Client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/ Registered Nurse (LPN/ RN) to provide services in the Salisbury area. They will provide training, support, care, and supervision for individuals with mental health and physical challenges in a long-term rehabilitation facility.
AVAILABLE HOURS
* Day and evening schedules are available
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide direct care, interaction, and supervision of the residents, inclusive of all daily needs (meals, grooming, personal needs, transportation, recreation, leisure, medical and medication administration)
* Prepare progress notes and complete daily logs as directed
* Treat residents with dignity and respect including providing opportunities to engage in decision making, constructive activities, and habilitative services to the extent they are able
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Licensed In the state of Florida
* Minimum of one (1) year experience
* Ability to complete and pass given background checks, drug screen, pre-employment Physical and PPD, CPR, and First Aid
