Social Workers are responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to: working alongside staff on evaluations and assessments, being apart of the crisis intervention team, providing counseling, assisting staff with behavior management, reporting abuse or neglect identified, case management duties, and assisting with the development of intervention plans and programs.
