Our Client is seeking motivated and reliable Remote QMHP Case Managers in Wayne County. This is a full-time hour contract role. The Case Manager is needed Monday to Friday.
Social Workers must be comfortable entering the home of clients.
The Soical Worker must be a Michigan resident, and possess a Michigan Social Worker License i.e., LLBSW/LBSW LLMSW/LMSW. QMHP certification (preferred)
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide community-based services and support to Individuals regarding self-advocacy, education, community awareness, medication management and support.
* Provide web-based primary and behavioral health integrated services
* Respond to the needs, desires, and interests of Individuals utilizing formal and informal assessment practices
* Provide weekly web-based interventions to individuals.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
* Michigan Social Worker License in good standing (LLBSW/LBSW LLMSW/LMSW)
* QMHP Certification (preferred)
