Job Description
The Counseling Team in Castle Rock specializes in serving individuals of all ages from early childhood to seniors. Services provided include group, individual, play and family therapy. Masters level and licensed clinicians specialize in providing evidence based treatment that is proven successful. In addition, our team includes behavioral health medical providers and RNs who provide psychiatric assessments and medication appointments.
Our Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to work with clients ranging from early childhood to seniors, with a well-rounded background and modalities working with children and adults providing individual and group therapy.
Location: 831 South Perry Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104
Goals and Objectives:
- Build trusting relationships with clients, their families and internal team
- Promote a positive culture of learning and development, quality improvement, and standardized documentation among all staff
- Utilize Trauma Systems Therapy to build resiliency due to complex systems clients have been in
- Utilize strengths based language when working with clients and promote an optimistic future for clients and their families
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
