Our client is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to work in Washington, DC.
CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conducts diagnostic assessments, including in the community
* Conducts mental health intakes and assessments and develop treatment plans, completes GAIN, LOCUS/CAFAS
* Review the diagnostic assessments completed by graduate licensed clinician and Licensed professional counselor, enter the dx and sign off and approve for billing
* Supervise the direct care workers, and document the supervision
* Approve the encounter notes within 48 hours
* Participates in treatment team meetings and link families to appropriate services and agencies to assist in the overall health and well-being of the individuals served
* Works with Clinical Director and other multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans/assessments for clients
* Complete the initiated diagnostic assessment within 7 days of initiating the servi
*Meet the productivity(at least 18 hrs .billable services per week) requirements
* Complete Relias Trainings
* Attend all the required meetings
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Current LICSW/LPC/LGSW license in Washington, DC
