At Flemings, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our guests through our premium prime steaks, best in class seafood and innovative plant-based entrees which always impresses our guests! ?As a Line?Cook?you will need to be?committed to?industry leading?food safety,?cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.?You will?also?responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized?You will be responsible for?cleaning and?maintaining??your station?on the?line, and?monitoring ticket times and food quality.?Flemings is a positive?and fast paced?environment and working?well?with a?team of others is important.
