About this opportunity:
Albion Staffing Solutions is looking for a Logistics Assistant to work at a company located in the Doral, FL area. This person will be assisting the billing department.
Job Description:
- Takes appropriate steps to ensure timely and accurate daily billing procedures are completed.
- Responsible for communicating issues and/or problems to the billing Operations Manager related to daily billing.
- Reviews, notates and distributes sales reports, generated from billing transactions.
- Maintains confidentiality of management information and uses discretion when communicating with staff
- Maintains office department and operational procedures and standards consistently
- Maintains individual productivity and performance standards.
- Responsible to issue billing reports.
- Track documents per clients.
- Knowledge EDI Platforms
- Preferably has SAP Platform experience
- Supports key customers and is able to maintain business relationship
- Has good analytical, sales and presentation skills
- Experience in Food Industry- a plus
- Commerce Experience- a plus
- Invoicing and Purchase Orders
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook. ( Commercial Presentations )
- Proficient in Inventory Platform
- 2-3 years invoicing experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced work environment.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environment
- Bilingual ( English, Spanish is a must ).
- SAP is a big plus.
