Job Description
Operation of Air Import & Export (Gateway)Customer ServiceCoordinate Pick Up cargo from Airlines to CFSCoordination with customs broker and trucker for arranging import procedureEnsuring arrival in the AMS for imported goodInput cargo status in the system (AS400)Input cargo damage report in the system, if any damageIssue 7512 for Gateway CargoIssuing EEI filing when required in the AS400Issue MAWB/HAWB/Manifest for LATAM consolidationsinvoicing for customers or origin officesInternational communication with overseas offices in a daily basis
Position Qualifications;
At least Two (2) years experiences covering international freight forwardingKnowledge of IncotermsSkill of Words / Excel / OutlookSkill of communication with overseas offices smoothlySpoken and written fluency the both English and SpanishAvailability of professional references and background check will be required.Compensation & Term;
Temp to Hire position (non-exempt)Working hours : 8:30-17:00 Monday-Fridayv
