Job Description
This position is responsible for monitoring, managing and analyzing patient insurance and Accounts Receivable Portfolios. Management of the A/R involves increasing cash and rebills, improving delinquency and providing optimal customer service to clients. Develop programs and initiatives to incentivize and enhance colleague performance in managing receivables. Work as a team player with multiple areas of the organization, including Finance, Sales, Legal and Human Resources. Ensure team adherence to corporate policies, develop methods and procedures for collections. Assure development of all levels of associates through appropriate combination of training, coaching and education.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing receivables for reduction of bad debt, development of cash flow improvement strategies and developing workflow strategies to enhance receivables collection success. Experience in analyzing financial and call performance metrics to design calling campaign strategies. Candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, compliance guidelines and related laws and regulations. Candidate must also possess advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Excellent customer service, listening, written and oral communication skills are required. Experience with presenting metrics and results to senior management is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications
5 Years of management experience in financial, business operations and/or customer service contact center management.

Preferred Qualifications
Long Term Care
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
Healthcare industry experience, as well as working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and third party insurances experience.
VBA and/or SQL knowledge.
Bachelors Degree (Accounting, Business or Finance Degree.

Education
Bachelors Degree required.
