Pay Range$18. 88/hr - $26.83/hr

Performs patient observation, data collection related to patient care, administers medication, treatment and procedures, implements the plan of nursing care and communicates findings to the supervising RN. Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients. Promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program requiredCurrent state LPN license for applicable state of employment required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association required
- Current state IV Certification up hire or within three month of hire/transfer
- Requires knowledge in nursing and person-centered care concepts
- Previous patient care experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
