Our Client is seeking LPNs and LVNs in Dallas, TX to provide services in a Women's Substance Abuse facility.
AVAILABLE HOURS
* Full-time and Part-time
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Supervises client self-administration of medication.
* Responsible for monitoring medical concerns and arranging for client medical care.
* Responsible for accurate, effective, and efficient medication room processes.
* Conduct client screening/assessment within 72 hours of admission and ensure that the client adhere's to their medication schedule.
* Managers crisis situations; notify Program Director and Clinical Director; complete appropriate documentation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* LVN or LPN license.
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year certificate from college or technical school required; College degree preferred.
* Experience with chemical dependency issues.
* Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
