Job Description
Job Summary:
Incumbent performs preventative maintenance on Key Energy Services equipment throughout assigned areas in accordance with preventive maintenance program guidelines and procedures.
Work schedule:
Afternoon Shift: Starts at 1pm (10+/- hours a day)
Monday - Friday (Weekends Occasionally)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Drains and refills oil and fluids on rig components, including engine, transmission, rear axles, gear box, chain guard and radiator. Replaces filters as needed. Inspects and maintains oil and fluid levels in accordance with established standards. Performs greJObase application and inspections of rig components for proper maintenance and upkeep. Maintains records of services performed and maintenance inspections for proper record keeping. Trains and supervises the work activities of the assigned assistant(s).
Works in various field locations within the assigned area which requires frequent traveling. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must possess CDL B drivers license.
Must meet all qualifications defined in Motor Vehicle Policy.
Must pass post-employment drug/alcohol urinalysis.
Must pass post-offer "Essential Job Functions Test."
Must pass DOT-drug and physical test if required by state and federal government.
Two (2) to five (5) years of well servicing experience preferred, with at least two (2) years of experience providing maintenance to oil field equipment preferred.
Must have an acceptable driving record.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must have good problem-solving skills.
Ability to train and supervise the work of others.
Must be willing and available to travel 50-70% of the time to different work locations.
Bi-lingual abilities in English & Spanish preferred, but not required.
Must be Self Motivated, Reliable, Mature and Responsible
Must be able to work Independently
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
