Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for Machine Operators to become an integral part of our clients team in North side of Houston
As machine operators you must
- Ensure production schedules are met
- Run Machines
- Perform Routine Maintenance on Machines
- Operate a grinding machine
- Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure the product quality and labels meet the design requirements
Must Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions
Use PPE and safety gear when performing assigned tasks
Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents
Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order
Report unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations
Preferred Experience:
At least 1 yr as a Machine Operator on a relevant machine
Job-Specific Skills:
Detailed knowledge of the machine and Products.
Knowledge of Raw Material and associated hazards, Material Safety Data, Resin mixing / dosage.
Detailed knowledge of product specifications - dimensional and visual requirements
Knowledge of using measuring / tools such as Pi-Tapes. Measuring tapes, Vernier calipers
Knowledge of required quality standards, visual defects
Compensation:
$14
3 shifts available
**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 5 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
