Responsibilities:

• Handles Indexing duties for all lines of business
• Assists in resolving any issues that occur within the Imaging/Indexing process.
• Follows all established guidelines and turnaround times to provide exceptional customer service.

Minimum Knowledge and Requirements:

• Requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Requires knowledge of Insurance philosophies, rules, and established workflows is preferred.
• Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to accuracy to maintain the paperwork flow and documentation required to perform the daily duties.
• Effective utilization of computer systems including company and industry-related software for essential job functions.
