Repairing, maintaining and operating the hospital buildings, grounds and equipment in order to provide a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff and visitors. Responsible for preventative maintenance and casualty programs for equipment. Operation and maintenance of Power Plant to supply steam, hot water, air, vacuum, fire protection and emergency electrical power to hospital and related buildings and work with the computer.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 2 years maintenance experience or education preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Class C Stationary Engineer Cert required upon hire or obtained within 1 year
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
