Pay: Starting at $17/hr

Position Purpose /Summary

The lifeblood of our guests hospitality our field techs work as a team to manage a
portfolio of properties rented as short-term rentals. Airbnb and VRBO rentals across the
DFW Metroplex. We are looking to hire someone to help and be on the ground help for
daily operations and any urgent needs that arise. Fully responsible for property
maintenance, including, but not limited to, air filters, maintaining trash management,
property inspections, logging and following up on repairs Working hands on in the field
inspecting properties and addressing issues Handling and resolving escalated guest
service issues Working closely with the cleaning team to ensure high standards are
always met.

Essential Functions:
? Fully responsible for property maintenance, including, but not limited to, air filters,
