Job Description


SUMMARY

Assists in the provision of general maintenance and repair of buildings, furniture, equipment and other agency property, on an on call basis.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects etc.

Skill in the use of hand tools, and general maintenance materials

Knowledge of basic Safety rules and practices

Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions

Ability to work with limited supervision

Ability to work as a team member

Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality

Fingerprint card clearance may be required

Must show proof of automobile insurance and pass Motor Vehicle Report if driving company vehicle
