Job Description
This is skilled work in several trade areas regarding the maintenance and repair of residential buildings and grounds. Under close supervision, the incumbent in this position is responsible for performing maintenance and repair services throughout the Seminole Tribe of Florida housing facilities, grounds and equipment ensuring their clean and safe operations. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. One (1) year of experience working in the maintenance and repair of residential buildings and grounds is required. Vocational/technical training in maintenance and/or mechanical repair or any combination of relevant training and experience will be considered. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and be able to travel to all Seminole Reservations. Able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends, evenings and holidays.
