Maintenance Tech I (Village at Northstar)

The Village at Northstar, managed by East West Hospitality, is hiring for a Maintenance Technician I. We're excited to offer an opportunity to become a vital part of our EWH rental/homecare programs and whole ownership HOA's maintenance team. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to plan and execute maintenance tasks, contributing directly to the upkeep and satisfaction of our residents and guests. We're seeking individuals who can think ahead, prioritize tasks, and take proactive steps to meet property needs efficiently and effectively. Duties Include:

• Regularly meet with department managers to discuss goals and track time using UKG time clock.
• Inspect and maintain residential properties, communicating needs with Owner Services team and promptly addressing issues.
• Manage projects for homeowner associations from initiation to completion, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Perform preventive maintenance on association equipment and common areas, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain clear communication via email, Teams, and verbal channels with relevant teams and stakeholders.

Location: The Village at Northstar and Mountainside

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25-$33/Hour DOE

Schedule: Full-time role

Successful candidates have/are:

• Self-driven and independent worker; previous experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays essential

We will train the right candidates! Experience in home maintenance, electrical, appliance, HVAC troubleshooting and repair is desired but not required.
