What Youll Do:
- Respond swiftly to work orders from guests, owners, and staff to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inspections and assist with preventive maintenance in both residential units and common areas.
- Work closely with the Engineering team and outside contractors to complete maintenance projects and property improvements.
- Keep detailed records of work completed, materials used, and any necessary follow-ups.
- Perform hands-on repairs and upkeep while maintaining a clean, well-functioning property.

Job Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay Rate: $26 - $28/hr depending on experience
Schedule: 5 8-hour shifts (1:30pm - 10:00pm) or 4 10-hour shifts (11:30am - 10:00pm), your preference. Must work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. (Other days on are your choice)

Successful candidates will have an interest in mechanical and HVAC systems and theory-experience is a plus, but not required-and 2-3 years of property maintenance or related experience. Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting is essential. Candidates should have basic computer skills, strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a teamwork mentality. Familiarity with various building systems, including pools and spas, HVAC, fire detection, and life safety systems, is also required. The ideal candidate will possess a dedicated work ethic and an upbeat attitude to fit well with our team.
