OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY

Attend to day-to-day functions in all fields of maintenance in primary areas of plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping, and site control. May be assigned a variety of other tasks by supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Education /Background: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply an understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Employee will be expected to participate in continuous learning, competency building and maintenance of competency skills.
