Maintenance Technician / Make Ready (Seasonal)

Real Property Management of the Rockies has the perfect role for you this summer as a Make Ready team member. You will use your strong attention to detail to turn over recently vacated properties to make them ready to rent to new residents. You will be responsible for simple repairs and replacements, ensuring fixtures and appliances are in good working condition, checking the proper function of doors and windows, some patch and paint work, replacing furnace filters, among other tasks. You will be committed to creating a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for our residents.

This role is seasonal and full time the first two weeks of each summer month, with the potential of being off, part-time, or full time the last couple weeks of the month.

Job Requirements for the Maintenance Technician/Make Ready Position

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid drivers license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Benefits & Pay

Compensation for the Maintenance Technician/Make Ready position is $18-25/hour (depending on experience)
