Real Property Management North Puget Sound has the perfect role for you as a Maintenance Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing a great resident experience by keeping the property looking great and working well. This could include minor leak fixes, painting, landscaping, appliances, heating and cooling systems, overhead doors, and lighting (just to name a few).

Furthermore, individual single family homes and small multifamily rentals will need repairs, and painting between tenants and during residency. You will be responsible for ensuring that the property is well maintained.

Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Coordinator

  • Property Maintenance - You will provide maintenance work which could include: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light grounds keeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; and more.
  • Customer Service - As a front line service team member, we want you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.


To Be Successful in this Role

  • You are patient with customers and team members, and willing to take time to explain things in terms they can understand.
  • You are punctual and honest.
  • Familiarity with maintenance and/or trade work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc) are a must!


Job Requirements for the Maintenance Technician Position

  • 2+ years experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Provide a dependable vehicle and tools that allow you to fulfill all position requirements.
  • Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
  • Be available on-call nights and weekends when emergencies arise.


Pay

  • Compensation for is a pay range based on experience and is between $22/hr to $35.00/hr.


Benefits

  • Paid Holidays
  • 40 hours PTO per calendar year, which starts accumulating after the first 90 days of employment
  • Mileage reimbursement for use of employee owned vehicle
  • Sick pay per Washington State Law


This position will be paid by billable hours and will be required to be on-call 24/7.
