Exquisite, wine and steak focused restaurant is looking for only the best. We have built a 160 seat, beautiful restaurant in the heart of New York. We are sourcing the best ingredients available and our menu is innovative. Now we need the team that will bring it to life! DUTIES:
- Working with the management team; Host to run service
- Greeting all guests and efficiently managing waitstaff
- Serving as host team leader by assigning duties and responsibilities
- Upholding standards of service to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Maintaining and upholding our companys vision and values
- Exhibiting familiarity with our menu and specials
- Strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exhibiting familiarity with our menu and specials
- Strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage
- Previous experience in front door hospitality roles
- Comfort in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and weekend availability
