Pay Range$17. 28 - $24.55/hr

A front-line leadership position responsible for the day to day oversight of specimen management operations and associates on assigned shift. Responsible for collection and processing of blood samples and other specimens as defined by site. Provides a high level of customer service for lab inquiries, test requirements, and other laboratory information. Consistently functions in a self-directed manner and exhibits excellent communication and complex problem-solving skills. Serves as a liaison with other laboratory departments and hospital services.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsQualified external applicants eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus! Cannot be a current or recent Centura employee to qualify. Minimum of 1 year experience required. Must be hired into a Full-Time or Part-time position; PRN positions are not eligible.
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- One year of phlebotomy work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Phlebotomy certification, such as PBT(ASCP) or equivalent certification required within 6 months of hire
- Interpersonal qualities and an interest in Leadership Development preferred
Schedule - Day shift rotating weekends
Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to10lbs frequently)
