As a Health Plan Manager you will be client facing and work directly with key client contacts. Your role is an integral part of the overall account services team that owns the client relationship and delivers client satisfaction. You will demonstrate a high level of accountability through the execution of timely, accurate, and reliable interaction with the client. Interactions include email, client calls, video conference and in person meetings etc.

The Health Plan Manager owns the hiring, training, and development for a team of Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers. Using your deep knowledge of the PBM and CVS Health, you will provide guidance and mentorship support to your direct reports, driving the overall improvement in skill sets and career development for your team members.

You will work cross functionally with internal leaders in the organization to drive outstanding client satisfaction and identify best practices and ensure project focus is on the most important initiatives that will provide the best in class value to our customers.

To be successful in this role you will have the following.

KNOWLEDGE:
* Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
* Advanced understanding of CVS Health, PBM and Health Plan market segments

SKILL:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills both virtually and in person

ABILITY:
* Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and resolve complex problems
* Ability to work variable hours to support a clients needs
* Ability to recruit, lead and develop a team of professionals
* Ability to develop and lead a high performing team
* Ability to keep highly sensitive client and CVS Health information confidential

Required Qualifications
* 3 or more years of experience in Healthcare or in an Account Management role
* Travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company

Preferred Qualifications
* 2 or more years of mentorship or direct team supervision experience preferably in the health care industry

Education
* Bachelors degree is required
