[MULTIPLE POSITIONS] Avanade Inc. seeks Manager, Change Enablement in Irving, TX to execute complex or strategic tasks and provide tactical project coordination to deliver and review the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives. As part of the Change Enablement team, you will: assess business readiness, help minimize risk, manage stakeholder alignment and communications, and build employee capabilities to facilitate organizational change in alignment with strategic objectives. Periodic travel to client sites (domestic) is expected up to 80% of the time. Must live w/in reasonable commute distance of Irving, TX. Position requires a bach. deg., or foreign equiv., plus at least 3 yrs. Exp. The offered salary range for this specific position in TX is $89,024 - $128,000 per year.
