CVS Health has an exciting opportunity as a manager for our rotational program in the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE). This role will rotate through different areas of the Compliance COE to perform review activities and support unanticipated projects for the compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting programs. This position will also be responsible for communicating and reporting findings to Compliance leadership and key stakeholders. As this position rotates to support different Compliance COE areas and business segments, this role will build a strong network across teams and identify opportunities to standardize and modernize our processes.

Specifically, this role will:
* Rotate to different areas within the Compliance COE to conduct compliance reviews, perform continuous monitoring activities, and support ad-hoc projects.
* Drive all aspects of assigned projects from planning and scoping to delivering results to key stakeholders.
* Assess potential findings and collaborate with business partners and compliance leadership to develop practical solutions for remediation.
* Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting processes. Share insights and feedback with leadership and assist with redesigning and rolling out program changes.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and business partners. Provide value-add consultation to address and mitigate compliance risks.
* Assist with the identification and implementation of various tools, technologies, and innovation to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or risk role.
* 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit manager, pharmacy, or similarly regulated environment.
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time including driving and flying.

Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree preferred.
Relevant certificates or licenses (CHC, CIA, CPA, CFE) preferred.
* Prior experience designing and executing compliance monitoring or auditing programs to mitigate regulatory risk.
* Prior experience with integrations and/or process improvement projects.
* Prior experience working with data analytics and automations.
* Demonstrated ability to innovate to create simplicity and drive efficiency.
* Demonstrated ability to manage through changes while maintaining accountability for current processes.
* Relevant certificates or licenses (CHC, CIA, CPA, CFE).

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
