Manage hospice services and programs. Will oversee all hospice required services including bereavement program, volunteer program, medical records, quality, billing, clinical and support services. Manager will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies. Manager will report quality, financial, and safety indicators to director of ambulatory services. Manager will be required to manage patient intake, schedule admission visits, take on call shifts and support clinical staff with patient care as needed. Manager will be required to maintain all staff and volunteer competencies and learning needs. Manage interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patient.

Bachelor Degree Nursing PreferredAssociate Degree Nursing RequiredAssociates degree required. BSN preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements1 year of experience managing people5 years of nursing experience.High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required
Licensure/CertificationsRegistered Nurse Kansas RequiredKansas Registered Nurse license.Basic Life Support American Heart Association Required
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
