Aetnas Medicare Stars Team is growing and expanding! This is exciting opportunity to join a high performing, collaborative team as a Manager, informatics. This position will take lead responsibility for web application operations, including but not limited to break/fix diagnosis and remediation as well as application enhancement projects. In this role you will:

- Perform code analysis, triage and problem solving based on issues reported by end users or testers.
- Develop application enhancements as a part of scheduled release cycles.
- Proactively build and maintain internal and external key relationships.
- Contribute to a motivated work environment in achieving common goals.
- Apply Rapid Application Development and Lean techniques to direct work assignments.
- Mentor junior staff in web application issue mitigation and support.

Fundamental Components:

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and policy
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and negotiate across the business and in the external health care environment.
- Behaves as mentor to junior team members to provide technical advice.
- Experiments with available tools and advises on new tools to determine optimal solution given the requirements dictated by the model/use case.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Required Technical Skills

- Visual Studio 2019 (Web development, Telerik controls, .net core, Framework Blazer and MVC, angular)
- MS SQL Server (Table design, stored procedures, CRUD, Indexes, trouble shooting skills)
- GIT Source Control
- API (SOAP/Rest, SOAPUI)

Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of ETL, Data warehouse, transactional databases
- Familiarity with DB2, Rally, SAS, DEVOP, Cloud, Big Daa

Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, HealthCare Informatics, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
