Job Summary: As a Manager of FP&A you will be responsible for overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic insights to support the organizations growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.
  • Manage the month / quarter end financial analysis process to ensure the leadership team is provided with timely and thorough actionable analysis of financial results.
  • Analyze actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year, researching root cause analyses and developing recommendations in the collaboration with the business.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the monthly business review meeting process, including management reporting and presentation of results and drivers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding and knowledge of the business, with the ability to develop clear and concise recommendations to drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the SVP of FP&A on presentations and supporting materials for earnings release, board and investor presentations.
  • Work with the FP&A team to implement innovative ways for the team to be a world-class FP&A organization that fulfills its mission efficiently and effectively.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Finance or accounting undergraduate degree. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate finance / FP&A on an established team, with mature FP&A planning tools.
  • Payment processing industry experience, including merchant acquiring experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong technical skills and experience using planning and GL systems (NetSuite, Solution 7) or similar reporting and planning tools (Adaptive, Hyperion, etc.). Other technical skills such as SQL, Tableau, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data Warehouse systems are a plus.
  • Experience building driver-based models for FINTECH companies.
  • Self-starter that possesses a natural curiosity and ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Payment processing industry experience.
  • NetSuite, Hyperion and Adaptive experience.
  • Public company experience.
  • SQL, Tableau, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data Warehouse systems.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation range: $120,000 - $149,000
  • End of Year Discretionary Bonus

Traditional Physical Requirements:
