Responsible for oversight and management of Centura's enterprise architecture and solution architecture organizations. Works with Centura user groups to solve problems where use of an IT solution is appropriate. Enable, and develop an industry-leading global team of solutions architects. Support the Enterprise Architecture Director in developing, maintaining, and governing enterprise architecture standards throughout the organization.

Drive patient and associate adoption of technology by taking ownership of identifying and designing technical solutions that help solve business problems. Create solution architecture diagrams. Define and implement technical strategies that will enable the business to operate better, have an improved impact on patient care, reduce costs, and add more patients to the Centura community. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems and review system capabilities and workflows.

Create, manage, and optimize system design and custom development lifecycle. Develop strong partnership with engineering and application support organizations, serving as the the internal customer advocate, balancing business priorities and product roadmap. Capture, implement and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architecture community.Maintains high level of awareness of Centura initiatives and works to align IT methodologies with these strategies. Accountable for the development of intermediate and long-range plans for Centura Health's custom IT solutions. Provides leadership and support the architecture development, approval, implementation, support and monitoring of Centura's custom digital solutions..

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 5 years of experience, required (preferably in healthcare)
• Enterprise and Solution Architecture leadership experience, required
• Experience in software development using modern programming language strongly preferred
• Experience with RPI, AI, and machine learning, preferred
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service in a multi-faceted healthcare environment
• Must be able to work independently
• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

This position requires residence within a reasonable driving distance to the Corporate Office. Possible relocation assistance available for external candidates who meet distance requirements.
