Positions and Qualifications

(All positions must meet DPS Fingerprint Eligibility)

Mobile Program positions (Glendale/Tempe):

- Mobile Crisis Therapist (various shifts) - BHT/BHP

- Mobile Crisis Specialist (various shifts) - BHT

- Crisis Specialist - PAD - BHT

Mobile Crisis Team Services assist youth and adult clients experiencing a mental health crisis.

These team members work together to support and de-escalate our clients while completing mental health and risk assessments.

They, also, connect clients to their supports and community resources.

There are no client encounters or caseloads in the Crisis Mobile Program.

Comprehensive Community Health Program position (Glendale/Tempe):

- Peer Support Navigator (Supportive Housing) - BHT/BHPP

The Peer Support Navigator works with a team of therapists and RNs to support an individual's success in housing using their own life experiences in the housing and behavioral health field.

Peer Support Navigators assist adults and families in the community with life skills for obtaining and maintaining housing retention, including apartment hunting, budgeting, working with landlords, participating in treatment planning, and resource connections.
